We’re seeking talented and experienced Test Analysts to join our Test Team!    This role would be suited to someone with a flexible can-do attitude with experience in test analysis and design across a variety of web applications. Familiarity with the life insurance domain or other financial services is an advantage but not essential.   Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to: - Analysing requirements, identifying gaps and ambiguity - Producing test estimates and designing manual tests scripts - Executing acceptance and regression tests, analysing and documenting test results (both manual and automated) - Raising defects and validating fixes - Maintenance of test data and test cases We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving and complex environment. You will collaborate with the cross functional change and delivery squad to create a continual flow of development ready work.   As the owner of the Operations Salesforce backlog, you will continuously evaluate and prioritise the backlog based on business value, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and our strategic objectives. You will share the roadmap of changes, ensuring key stakeholders have full visibility of the agreed priorities and deliverables.   You will be responsible for capturing the high level requirements, eliciting the business value and monitoring post launch to ensure benefit realisation. We are looking for an experience Business Development Manager to join our team covering London & South.   In the role you will be required to attend adviser meetings both virtually and face to face driving new and incremental premium income to Guardian from your panel of medium and large intermediaries.  You’ll be expected to build relationships with paraplanners, administrators and advisers and act as the face of Guardian.
